Building Ferrari's all electric wooden boat. (Part 2)
Part-2 took almost 8 months to complete as I build the boat on weekends and after work.
This is the final stage before turning the boat. Hopefully the boat will be completed before next spring. I'll install a RIM drive engine next which is a very amazing technology.
This part of the boat building consists of fairing, spiling, sanding, filling and repeat this over and over and over again. I probably sanded for more than 50 hours in total. I'm so glad that now I can work inside the boat which is similar to furniture making.

Ellerinize saglik, merakim var: su icinde olacak ahsap bir teknede metal ile vidalama ne kadar dogru, zaman icinde kuf/ pas yapip yerinden cikmaz mi ? Saygilar...
Tabiki paslanir. Paslanmaz celik vidalar bile eğer oksijen ile temas etmez ise zamanla paslanırlar. Oksijen teması kesilen yani epoxy ile kaplanacak her vidayı daha sonra yerinden cikariyorum.

My apologies. I see now that you mentioned using Frank Stephensons design in your first "Ferrari" build video. Didn't mean to repeat what you already touched upon in the description of the first video. Have a great day. Peace.
Awesome build so far. Is this build going to be the exact same as the thumb nail pic? The pic you used for the thumbnail is one of my absolute favorite wooden speed boats. The owner of that particular boat is famed Industrial/ Auto & Aviation Designer Frank Stephenson. He infact was Director of Design for Ferrari as well as Mclaren, Lancia and Maserati to name a few over his career. I've seen a couple of videos of the design and build of his "Riverbreeze" electric powered boat. Which, in my own opinion is one of the most beautifully designed boats. He has his own RUclips channel I believe called "Frank Stephenson Design". I encourage anyone who has a passion for design to go check it out. Anyway after coming across your build videos,(I've watched both the first and second installment) just today I've subscribed and I look forward to the next video installment of this build. In the meantime I'll be watching some of your other videos. Thanks for sharing.

Merhaba , Bende Amatör olarak tekne yapım hususunda bir miktar yol gitmeye çalışıyorum. Henüz çizim aşamasını aşmaya çalışıyorum ve cnc modellerini oluşturuyorum. Hazır modeller yerine özgün bir tasarım olmasını istediğim için bu şekilde ilerledim. Çizimde beni en çok zorlayan kafa birleşim kısmıydı. Ama video buna açıklayıcı oldu. Yapılırken görmek tasarım için etkili oldu. Emeğniz için teşekkürler.

I love this boat build, watched it many, many times. How or where did you get the build plans from? I ask because I would love to give it a go! I'm not saying an another electric boat at this point. but its an option. Everything starts with the plans. I've spent hours and hours looking for plans and come up with only a headache. You boat look good, will you sell the plans?

Absolutely beautifully detailed and intricate construction. This boat is as much about the journey of her construction as much the finished product. This is going to be a lovely boat when she is done. I am a huge fan of a proper and gracefully done slipper boat. And this one is going to be top notch!

I’ve been searching for and looking forward to Part 2 like a lost soul for ages. Wonderful to see the progress and the craftsmanship. I have so many questions, among which - is the thumbnail a picture of the finished boat or a 3d render? Is this project commissioned by Ferrari? It would be great to know a bit more about the background in a future video.
